THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (NRC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to support market research in determining the availability of potential qualified vendors that (a) would not pose a conflict of interest in providing services to the NRC and (b) currently possess the capability to: determine Federal agency compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA); provide technical assistance in completing the Inspector General’s CyberScope Metrics (see https://www.cisa.gov/sites/default/files/publications/FY_2021_FISMA_CIO_Metrics.pdf); and perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. Services are to be provided to NRC Headquarters (HQs) located in Rockville, Maryland. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541519. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request does not constitute a request for proposal; submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary.
