THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (NRC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine the availability of potential, qualified sources with the technical capability to provide verbatim/transcription court reporting services to support the NRC in: adjudicatory hearings and oral arguments before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB), meetings of the Advisory Committee for Reactor Safeguards (ACRS), Commission-level meetings, investigations and depositions for the Office of Investigations and Office of Inspector General, and for various NRC staff meetings.
