The NRC Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires a noncompetitive BPA Call to be solicited, negotiated and awarded under GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract No. GS35F496BA, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. NRC-HQ-10-15-A-0002 with Northramp LLC as a logical follow-on to competitively awarded BPA Call No. NRC-HQ-10-17-O-0003 for Microsoft Project Scheduler (MPS) (“the MPS BPA Call”). The NRC awarded the MPS BPA Call in August 2017 and it expires on March 10, 2020. The purpose of the MPS BPA Call is to acquire support to maintain various software maintenance project schedules in OCIO’s Information Technology (IT) Services Development & Operations Division (SDOD) to support scheduling, software development, security, testing, training, and deployment and support activities, as well as to interface with Branch Chief, Project Managers, software engineers, and security, support and infrastructure personnel. OCIO developed and maintains a number of systems and applications in support of the NRC’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Program. The OCIO has a need for uninterrupted MPS support services beyond the expiration date of the BPA Call until (a) the NRC completes the competitive award process to replace Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. NRC-HQ-10-15-A-0002 and the other related BPAs and then (b) the NRC recompetes the MPS BPA requirements among the new BPA awardees. The estimated period of performance is 12-months.
