THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (NRC) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research or as a market survey to determine the availability of potential qualified vendors with the technical capability to provide management, administration, and labor in support of the NRC’s Nationwide Drug Testing program. This program complies with Executive Order 12564, Public Law 100-71, NRC’s Drug Free Workplace Plan and NRC’s Contractor Testing Plan. Specific activities include: services necessary to conduct urine (oral) specimen nationwide collections and travel to remote locations for drug testing and occasional breath/alcohol tests, Medical Review Officer (MRO) services and professional/technical on-site support services.
