The objective of this contract/order is to provide guidance on a priori calculation of scan MDC method for continuously collected data (i.e., radiological survey and location data collected without surveyor vigilance). The method should consider information from the literature most notably the extensive literature review conducted by PNNL discussed in the background section of this statement of work. Field validation methods will be employed, as necessary, to support the selected method(s).
