The purpose of this action to address the following two requirements. 1) Acquire a subscription to Unison Software Inc.’s (Unison) new G-Invoicing software product. The product provides an electronic interface between the U.S. Treasury’s new G-Invoicing platform and NRC’s STAQS/PRISM acquisition lifecycle management system. G-Invoicing is the U.S. Treasury’s new platform for processing invoices replacing its current IPAC system which is mandated by the U.S. Treasury for use by all Federal Program Agencies (FPAs) no later than October 2022. PRISM is a web-based proprietary software product from Unison for acquisition lifecycle management. STAQS/PRISM is the NRC’s branding of the PRISM acquisition management system at the NRC. 2) Obtain additional Tier 1 Help Desk Support in support of the Unison STAQS/PRISM system at NRC. These two requirements are within scope of the original Task Order award for Unison’s acquisition lifecycle management PRISM system and related support. The G-Invoicing subscription is an open market item which is not currently covered by Unison’s existing GSA Schedule 47QTCA19D00EP. Unison has indicated that it is in the process of having GSA include the G-Invoicing product in its GSA Schedule in the near future. The additional Tier 1 Help Desk Support is covered by the existing GSA Schedule 47QTCA19D00EP in terms of one additional Systems Analyst FTE whose labor category is covered under the schedule.
