This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is 9531BM25Q0011. This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools. The small business size standard is $21.0M. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes for the provision of a Rail Technologies Training in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and RFQ Section C, Statement of Work. See the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure, including options. Training shall be delivered at the NTSB HQ in Washington, DC. Specific dates of training will be coordinated between the vendor and the NTSB Training Center point of contact. See the posted RFQ for a list of all applicable provisions and clauses.
