The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes from FEDLINK vendors for a subscription-based online service of scientific papers and standards in full text format that are not available for free on the internet in accordance with Section C – Statement of Work of the attached RFQ 9531BM22Q0012. The NTSB anticipates awarding at least one fixed-price task order off a vendor’s FEDLINK electronic resources IDIQ contract. Only quoters with FEDLINK contracts will be considered for award. The NTSB reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in the Government’s best interest. The anticipated period of performance includes one (1) base year plus four (4) option years, for a total performance of up to five (5) years. Please see Sections L & M of the attached solicitation for Instructions to Quoters and Evaluation Factors for Award. Written questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted by 4:00pm Eastern time on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 via e-mail to P. Matt Hazlinsky, Contracting Officer, at matt.hazlinsky@ntsb.gov. Answers to all questions will be provided through an amendment to the RFQ.
