AMENDMENT 0001 dated JULY 7, 2021 is to: 1) Provide answers to all questions received, 2) Incorporate a revised Statement of Work, and 3) Extend the quote submission deadline to 4:00pm Eastern time on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes from FEDLINK electronic resources vendors for an IT Research Subscription in accordance with Section C - Statement of Work of the attached solicitation 9531BM20Q0011 and FAR 16.505(b). The subscription shall include up to four (4) seats, with one reserved for an executive CIO. The NTSB anticipates awarding at least one fixed-price task order off of a vendor's FEDLINK IDIQ contract. The NTSB reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Offerors shall provide fixed prices based on their FEDLINK IDIQ pricing for each ordering period. The anticipated period of performance includes one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year option periods, for a total period of performance of up to five (5) years.
