The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to share pertinent information provided during the current solicitation process with all prospective offerors. Amendment 0003 includes questions submitted from a prospective offeror and the Government’s response. Additionally, as part of the response, the Government referenced the NSF Technical Reference Model (Attachment A) and NSF 030 – Security Requirement (Attachment B). ___________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate NSF 030 – SECURITY REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESS TO NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION FACILITIES AND UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES (MAY 2021-VERSION 3) into the EAC BAA. ___________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to clarify Section 3.1 of the EAC BAA. The EAC BAA is soliciting proposals, not concept papers. Section 3.1 of the BAA states: 3.1 Schedule Proposals will be evaluated as submitted, starting on the concept paper due date in this announcement. This solicitation will be revised as awards are made and as topics of interest to NSF change.
