The Evaluation and Assessment Capability section (EAC), within the Office of Integrative Activities (OIA), manages NSF's Education and Training Application (ETAP), a free and customizable common application system for NSF Awards that offer students and teachers education and training opportunities. NSF is seeking to contract with an information technology (IT) company with experience (1) providing federal agencies with access to and management of cloud services from major cloud service providers, (2) scaling federal data systems to integrate with federal architectures and to enhance user experiences, (3) providing help desk support to end users related to system interface and escalating program policy questions to the appropriate subject matter experts, and (4) analyzing help desk data to detect problems or to assess strategic goals. Vendors who do not respond directly to the problem statement will not be counted as part of the market research. Vendors must answer the in the problem statement. Capability Statements and/or Past Performance submissions will not be accepted as a valid response and will not be reviewed. Responses after the due date and time and will not be accepted.
