The primary focus of this requirement is to ensure the cyber security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and restoration for the systems developed and operated by National Science Foundation (NSF) Division of Information Systems (DIS). This requirement is focused on cyber security- and privacy-related leadership, guidance, and support. Vendors who do not respond directly to the problem statement will not be counted as part of the market research. Vendors must answer the questions in the problem statement. Capability Statements and/or Past Performance submissions will not be accepted as a valid response and will not be reviewed.
