The NSF ELEGANT program aims to position the U.S. for translating advanced microelectronics technologies into next-generation AI, high-performance computing, advanced communications, and other critical capabilities. Through this Other Transaction Agreement Solutions Offering (OTASO), the program seeks an Ecosystems Coordinator and Expert Performer Teams. The effort is organized around five translation themes: manufacturable materials platform; process technology and process design kit; device, circuit and full-chip demonstration; manufacturing readiness and transition; and AI-enabled acceleration.
