This requirement is to provide the National Science Foundation (NSF) with services to operate, maintain, and enhance the Foundation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, currently ServiceNow. The period of performance for these services is estimated to last six (6) months. These services are critical to the performance of the NSF mission as NSF's ServiceNow system tracks requests from grant seekers in using NSF systems which is a mission critical service. These ServiceNow services include correcting errors, resolving issues with the many types of NSF grant proposals, and providing rapid problem resolution when problems arise, therefore keeping the merit review process on track.
