See the updated documents in the Attachments and Links.* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking contractors for IE Center-Level Onboarding Consulting and ILO Mentor Program Management to support the Engineering Research Center (ERC) Program to provide consulting services to new incoming ILOs at new or ongoing ERCs. The contract involves providing consulting services facilitating effective industrial liaison practices, and managing the ILO Mentor Program. Tasks include building consulting teams for site visits, onboarding new Gen-4 ERCs, evaluating innovation ecosystem strategies, and managing mentor-mentee interactions. Duration: 60 months. Requires experienced ERC ILOs with comprehensive knowledge of ERC program and core competencies. Locations vary across major U.S. universities.
