No award may be issued from this Request for Information Notice. Interested parties of any size may submit a response to this notice. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. Office of Polar Programs (OPP) supports creative and innovative scientific research, engineering, and education in and about the polar regions, catalyzing fundamental discovery and understanding of polar systems and their global interactions to inform the nation and advance the welfare of all people. OPP provides access to the polar regions and supports research and education. The National Science Foundation (NSF) requires subject matter expertise to provide a comprehensive assessment of OPP. This assessment will examine existing organizational and operational structures and explore opportunities to improve mission delivery. See the attachment for more details.
