This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation uses FAR part 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. FAR Parts 8, 14, and 15 are not used for purposes of forming any contract(s) resultant from this solicitation. The Government contemplates awarding a single purchase order on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis as a result of this solicitation. Award will be made to the vendor who proposes the lowest price quote, technically acceptable. If you take exception to the attached provisions, please state so in your quote. Respondents must be located in Alexandria, Virginia and must have restaurants nearby or have a restaurant on site. Please reference the attached documents for details Quotes are due at 12:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on March 27, 2023.
