Provide the Questions and Answers (see attached spreadsheet, Tab 1-Acquisition Related Q&A, Tab 2-Technical Related Q&A); and 2. Provide the updated solicitation to include Appendices C&D to Attachment 1-Statement of Work. End of Amendment 0001. The National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) has a need for expert analytic and technical support on tasks involving science and technology (S&T) issues. Such tasks may include, but are not limited to, helping to produce Science and Engineering Indicators; preparing other reports; performing data analysis; data visualization; database management; data acquisition; data presentation; survey development work, including providing specialized statistical analysis support for survey sampling problems; communications support; and organizing workshops on S&T issues. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Statement of Work (SOW) is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. This solicitation uses FAR part 12.6. FAR parts 8, 13, 14, and 15 are not used for purposes of forming any contract(s) resultant from this solicitation. The Government contemplates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in accordance with FAR 16.5.
