****** This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.******* The National Science Foundation (NSF) is conducting a market research to identify potential sources for an anticipated contracts/task order award. The goal for this project is to conceptualize, design, and build an NSF trade-show style exhibit which tells the NSF story in an interactive and engaging way. NSF presents exhibits at many different types of events, in many different types of spaces, to a variety of audiences, and so we are investigating ways to better streamline our exhibits process to better serve these audiences. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes, regarding: (1) the capacity and capability of qualified sources to perform the work; and (2) to address several issue areas associated with providing digital touch-screen compatible with the event and exhibit services. In summary, the contractor shall provide design, installation and removal of booths and associated events across multiple geographical areas (reference Sample Events below). These exhibits will serve as a forum for National Science Foundation to communicate our mission and spotlight innovative research to build relationship connections with all who may benefit from our research. Review the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and provide the completed capability statement(see attached RFI FORM).
