The NLRB has a critical need to transition from the SfB platform to the Microsoft Teams environment due to the retirement of SfB in July 2021. This is a major shift in communications for the Agency which will require high-end change enablement and adoption advisory services from a vendor that is experienced and can provide the necessary end user training services, materials and help guides and a live 24x7x365 service desk augmentation to support coaching. Upon completion of the transition, Teams will be the sole communication tool for telephony, group meetings and instant messaging.
