This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The National Labor Relations Board/FOIA Branch has a requirement for a FOIA Case Management System and Support Services Solution.
