The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Office of the Chief Information Officer, Information Assurance, Records Management Section (OCIO/IA/RMS) has identified a requirement for document destruction services at Headquarters and its Field Offices located throughout the United States. On-site secure paper destruction and recycling ("shredding") is a prominent practice among businesses and Federal agencies concerned with the proper shredding and recycling of sensitive information, such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Mobile, on-site secure paper shredding provides NLRB a convenient, cost effective, and efficient way to shred a large volume of loose paper quickly. The objective of this requirement is to meet the agency’s need for secure on-site destruction of paper at offices nationwide.
