This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RRP) # 63NLRB20R0005. This RFP will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for virtual conference platform and support services for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective 8/3/2020.
