This is a draft request for proposals from NASA GSFC for the design, development, and fabrication of two flight X-Ray Irradiance Sensors (XRIS) to monitor solar flares. The purpose of this notice is to gather industry feedback on the requirement's feasibility and to promote competition before a final solicitation is issued.
