Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is seeking information from vendors regarding their capability to provide computer hardware to end users, for planning purposes only. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gather details on potential qualified sources and business size relative to NAICS code 541513, which has a $37 million size standard. Responses may be used to inform decisions about a potential future Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Written questions for the RFI are due by March 12, 2026, and JPL will respond to them by March 19, 2026. JPL will also host three informational webinars in March 2026.
