Update January 30, 2026 - Aircraft Lease to Support NASA’s Spaceflight Imaging Activities

NASA is seeking information for the potential dry lease of up to two aircraft, preferably Gulfstream V models, to be modified and operated by NASA for airborne imaging missions supporting the Artemis program. The anticipated lease would start on February 10, 2026, with a base period of two months and options to extend for up to a total of six months. The aircraft would be delivered to NASA at the contractor's facility, and NASA would be responsible for all operational control, maintenance, and for returning the aircraft to its original configuration at lease end. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only, and NASA does not currently intend to issue a solicitation for this specific requirement.
