JPL is seeking information from qualified small businesses with demonstrated experience supporting spacecraft chemical and electric propulsion systems across the full lifecycle, including design, integration, test, qualification, and flight readiness. Relevant capabilities include propulsion subsystem engineering, modeling, hardware fabrication, environmental testing, and electric propulsion technologies such as Hall thrusters and plume interaction testing. Interested small businesses, teams, or joint ventures led by small businesses are asked to complete the attached documents and submit them to JPL’s Small Business Programs Office. Three live webinars will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and Thursday, September 17, 2026, each from 10:00 to 11:00 AM PT. These sessions will address questions, with JPL technical and subcontracts managers in attendance.
