The purpose of this amendment is to post draft sections of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to include only sections L (Instructions) and M (Evaluation Factors) for industry comment. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government may not respond to questions/concerns submitted. The Government will use this information to finalize the RFP as necessary. All responses, comments and/or questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Tiffanie Ferrell (tiffanie.c.ferrell@nasa.gov) no later than 5pm EDT Monday, September 28, 2020. Please reference GEO-XO Imager Phase A Study (Sections L and M) in any response.
