NASA, Kennedy Space Center (KSC) has a requirement for 1 5-Axis GSS Gyro-Stabilized Cinema Pro+ 520 Platform with Mid-wave Infrared camera and 900mm continuous zoom lens. NASA KSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire 1 5-Axis GSS Gyro Stabilized Cinema Pro+ 520 Platform with Mid-wave Infrared camera and 900mm continuous zoom lens from Gyro-Stabilized Systems, LLC. under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Interested organization may submit their capabilities and all qualifications to perform the efforts electronically via email to Dennis.a.ross@nasa.gov/ Nikkole.a.stites@nasa.gov no later than 1:00pm EST on August 16, 2021. Such capabilities/qualification will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
