The final BAA may vary from this. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a BAA nor a promise to issue a BAA in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future BAA if one is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the sam.gov website. It is the responsibility of potential Offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this potential requirement. Draft Amendment 1 – This amendment is to provide the “HLS Req & Verification Comment Sheet” that was inadvertently left out of the draft solicitation documents. This document is referred to in the cover letter for Offerors to provide any feedback on the requirements in “Attachment F – HLS Requirements.” Draft Amendment 2 – This amendment is to add a reference document to the draft solicitation as part of Attachment A-02 (Reference Library - Relevant standards and documents). The reference document, "JSC-67695 - OCSS Interface Definition Document (IDD) for HLS - Draft", provides information regarding NASA's IVA suit, which is one of the optional GFP items enumerated in solicitation Attachment I "GFE/GFP List". Draft Amendment 3 – This amendment incorporates reference documents HLS-PLAN-008 and HLS-PLAN-008-ANX03 which provide background and definitions applicable for Attachment J, Design and Performance Metrics. Attachment B, Center POC Listing, has been updated to correct the primary and secondary HLS POCs for GSFC. Attachment Q, GTA Template, has been updated to correct the GTA Total Cost Table to start FY2023 for the SLD Procurement. Draft Amendment 4 – This amendment provides updates to the HLS APP-P BAA and Attachment O, Milestone Acceptance Criteria and Payment Schedule, to reflect NASA’s updated goal for timing of the crewed demonstration mission.
