Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements," NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) awarded a modification on May 8, 2023 to increase the ceiling value under Contract NNL13AA14C with Jacobs Technology, Inc. The ceiling value was increased by $80M up to a total $822.2M to meet future mission needs through the end of the current period of performance.
