NASA is seeking information on low-cost, commercially owned and operated microwave radiometer concepts to fly in formation with its FALCON satellite constellation. The request covers the development, launch, and operations of the instrument and its supporting platform. Responses are invited from a broad range of domestic and international entities, including industry, academia, and government organizations. However, responses are subject to U.S. legal restrictions that prohibit bilateral relationships with China.
