This contract provides comprehensive facilities operation and maintenance services for NASA Ames Research Center across multiple craft and technical areas. The services include maintaining roads, alarm systems, buildings, mechanical and utility systems, HVAC/R, electrical systems, and grounds. The location for performance of services is the NASA Ames Research Center (ARC).
