NASA/ARC has a requirement for Financial Support Services (FSS) The purpose of this contract is to provide on-going support for resources management, financial management, program analysis and business integration, end user services support, special financial analysis and contractor travel and training activities support functions for ARC. NASA/ARC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from The Logical-R Joint Venture LLC and intends to extend Contract Number NNA14AC46C on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, an extension to Contract Number NNA14AC46C for up to 12 months is necessary to continue these mission-critical services without interruption. The period of performance will be extended from July 14, 2022 to July 13, 2023 to allow sufficient time for planning and to align other Centers’ requirements as deemed appropriate to meet an agency wide solution.. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Franco Cuevas, Franco.Cuevas@nasa.gov no later than noon Pacific on May 13, 2022. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
