HOSS II Amendment 1 This amendment to the HOSS II Presolicitation Notice is being posted to provide information for the upcoming NASA Headquarters’ site visit in Washington, DC. This site visit is anticipated to take place on or about June 21, 2023. In anticipation of the HOSS II Request for Proposal (RFP) being released on or about June 12, 2023, NASA will be requesting within this RFP that interested offerors identify the individuals that will be participating in the site visit not later than June 14th, 2023, 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). PLEASE NOTE: The NASA Headquarters’ site visit will be limited to two (2) individuals from each interested offeror, and they must be US citizens. ******************************************************************************************************************************************** NASA/Headquarters (HQ) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Headquarters Operational Support Services II (HOSS II). HOSS II will provide management, labor, tools and all equipment necessary to ensure operational support services are performed at the Mary W. Jackson NASA Headquarters building. The contractor shall provide facilities support services including mail center operations, mail list and database services, postal design and mailing classification services, mail screening services, service request help desk operations, office and equipment moving services, facilities maintenance services, driver/courier services, executive driver services, and overall program management. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561210 and $47 million, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about June 8, 2023 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about July 11, 2023. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
