You are invited to review and comment on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Independent Verification &Validation (IV&V)’s Systems and Software Assurance Services 2 (SAS2) solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to obtain specialized system and software engineering and development, system and software assurance services, and vulnerability and risk assessments for the GSFC/ IV&V Program. The contractor shall provide IV&V with: Software Development Projects; Assurance Services; Project Management Support, Capability Development (CD); Technical Quality & Excellence (TQ&E); Software Assurance Tools (SWAT) Support; Jon McBride Software Testing and Research (JSTAR) Support; Safety & Mission Assurance Support; Threat Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, and Risk Assessments.
