JPL is seeking information from qualified vendors on their capability to provide comprehensive duplicating/reproduction, bindery, wide-format printing and scanning, document distribution, and document scanning services, as detailed in the Statement of Work (Attachment A). This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to procure services, and neither JPL nor the U.S. Government will be responsible for vendor costs. Responses will help JPL identify potential qualified sources and obtain business size relative to NAICS 323120 (Support Activities for Printing, 550-employee size standard), and may inform a Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Written questions are due by September 30, 2026, with JPL making best efforts to respond by October 9, 2026. Submitted information may be treated as furnished with unlimited rights to JPL, and responses will not be returned.
