This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals for lease of a portion of available real property assets at the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF). Approximately 45 Acres of Greenspace: This tract of land lies on the norther boundary of the facility and is bounded by Old Gentilly Road (publicly accessible roadway) as well as Mercury, Uranus and Venus Drives, which are interior to the security fencing. The acreage is currently classified as underutilized greenspace. Building 351: Building 351 is an approximately 32,000 sf mixed used facility.
