NASA is seeking capability statements for a potential contract to migrate Center Windchill PLM systems to an Agency Multi-Center Windchill Cloud platform. The goal is to establish a base contract for one NASA Center with options for additional migrations. Interested parties must submit a capability statement, including an estimated pricing proposal and feedback on the draft work statement, via email no later than March 19, 2026. This is a request for information only, and no solicitation exists at this time. The government may consider setting aside the eventual contract for specific small business categories based on the responses received.
