NASA requires a SEER Annual Site License Renewal, including multiple editions for software, hardware, and electro-optical sensors, used by various NASA centers. The agency intends to issue a sole source contract to Galorath Incorporated under FAR 6.103-1 as the only responsible source. This is a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications for evaluation to determine whether to compete the acquisition. A decision not to compete is solely within the government's discretion.
