NASA is seeking capability statements for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution and related support services, called the Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET), for capital program and project management. The work involves configuring, implementing, and administering a cloud-based enterprise solution to provide remote services for all NASA centers. Interested firms must submit a capability statement, include their FedRAMP status, provide relevant past performance details, and offer a pricing estimation.
