This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80TECH25QA012 for PTC Windchill PDMLink Upgrade. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2025-05. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541519 and 150 number of employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance for this order shall be for a period of four (4) months from the order effective date. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination. This purchase order includes brand-name specifications in accordance with the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC).
