NASA Headquarters has a requirement for SIMULIA Abaqus Renewal FY25. NASA Information Procurement Technology Office intends to issue a sole source contract to Immixtechnology, Inc. 8444 Westpark Dr. Ste: 200 Mc Lean, Virginia under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). It has been determined that Immixtechnology, Inc.is the sole provider of this requirement. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to kimberly.r.sandoz@nasa.gov no later than 03/06/2025 at 4:00pm Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
