Amendment 001 provides responses to questions (Q&A) and hereby extends the deadline for receipt of quotes from 12:00pm EDT on September 18, 2024 to 5:00pm EDT on September 18, 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 80TECH24Q0050 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334516 and 1000, respectively. The Product Service Code is 7E20. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has a requirement for an autoflex maX Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (TOF/TOF MALDI-MS) System or equivalent. See attached Attachment A: Statement of Work document. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable) is provided. See Attachment B. Delivery to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20771 is required within ten (10) weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Quoters responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with Enclosure 2: FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quote shall include the following: (1) Technical Specifications and (2) Price (to include shipping). All responses shall be submitted electronically to Christina Ostronic at Christina.M.Ostronic@nasa.gov and Kaelin Kelley at Kaelin.W.Kelley@nasa.gov. The applicable provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition are included in the attached solicitation document. *Quotes must be received no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on September 18, 2024*. Questions regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on September 16, 2024).
