This Request for Quote (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NASA/Stennis Space Center (SSC) Office of Procurement has a requirement for Uninterruptable Natural Gas Supply support for the Southside Utilities for the John C. Stennis Space Center, located in Stennis Space Center, MS (Hancock County). NASA/SSC is the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Stennis Space Center (SSC). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ), 80SSC021Q0002. Additional details are included in the attached RFQ file. The attached RFQ file is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. Delivery is FOB Destination. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Gregg De Felicibus at Gregg.a.defelicibus@nasa.gov no later than 7/6/2021 by 4:00 p.m. CT. Telephone questions shall not be accepted. Only one contract will be awarded. Quotes for the item(s) described in the RFQ are due no later than 7/14/2021 by 4:00 p.m. CT to Gregg De Felicibus at Gregg.a.defelicibus@nasa.gov in order to be considered for award. If it is in the best interest of the Government, quotes submitted after the due date may be accepted. Quotes shall remain valid for 60 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote. Submitted Quotes shall list two points of contacts including name, phone number, and email address. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 221210. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S111. This procurement is a HUBZone set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. All Offerors shall include DUNS Number and CAGE Code on their submitted quote.
