NASA Shared Services Center is seeking capability statements from potential sources for Real Estate and Facilities Services Support, covering services such as real estate feasibility studies, USPAP-compliant appraisals, lease-versus-build analysis, title research, Enhanced Use Leasing advisory, brokerage support, on-site real property support at NASA Centers, and market research. NASA is interested in responses from all socioeconomic categories of small businesses and HBCU/Minority Institutions, and encourages demonstrating capabilities as a prime, subcontractor, or teaming partner. Respondents are asked to provide informed input on small business subcontracting goals, potential barriers to small business participation, and strategies to increase participation, such as breaking work into smaller components or mentor-protégé approaches. The government will use this information for market research to finalize its acquisition strategy and may consider small business set-asides based on responses. A solicitation, if released, will be posted on Sam.gov, and NASA may publicize a respondent list to facilitate teaming.
