NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to MENLO SYSTEMS INC for the purchase of a Custom OptoMech (C-OM) with Dual-Comb Spectroscopy (DCS) laser system for the COSmIC Lab. Performance of the services will be located at NASA’s Ames Research Center (ARC). This is not a request for quotes, and no budget amount is specified. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing by 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on 7/15/2026 for consideration of a competitive procurement. The government will evaluate submissions solely to determine whether to compete this effort.
