NASA/NSSC intends to award a sole source contract to the National Association of Rocketry for support of the NASA Student Launch Initiative, as it is determined to be the sole provider. Performance will be located at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center. The procurement will be conducted using commercial procedures under FAR Part 12, with NAICS code 611710. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to the point of contact for evaluation to determine whether competition is possible.
