This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to Battelle Memorial Institute for Battelle NEON Research Support Services (NRSS). Performance will be located at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing by 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on 5/5/2026 for consideration of a competitive procurement. No budget information or pricing is requested at this time, as this is not a request for quotes. The government will evaluate submissions solely to determine whether to compete the effort.
