NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to Montana State University for biofilm analysis services to manage growth in the International Space Station's Water Processor Assembly. The performance of services will be located at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing for evaluation to potentially compete the procurement.
